LIANG Xiao-Hui, with scholar of master, is a special researcher of Institute of Chemical Materials in China Academy of Engineering Physics, and a member of China Acoustic Emission Association, whose research interest includes structure healthy monitor and destroy diagnose of military-industrial material and structure, fault diagnose of major equipment, Advanced signal and information process, modern control technology, control technology application of electromechanical and hydraulic equipment. In the past several years he participated and in part took charge of about 10 projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Major national science and technology projects, Major research projects of CAEP and Subject Foundation of ICM, and studied and developed special-use major equipment, special-use instruction, special-use signal and information process software, which amount to 20 above totally, whose research products and achievements were extensively used in precise manufacture of military-industrial materials, mechanical nature evaluation of military-industrial structure, signal sampling for big data, and destroy diagnose. He got a third prize of Military scientific and technological progress and ranked first. He has published about 20 papers on scholar journal and conference at home and aboard, achieved about 20 national invention patents and 2 software copyrights.

Assoc.Prof. Kai-Sheng Chen received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Central University, Taoyuan, Taiwan, in 2010. He obtained his M.S. and PhD degree from the Institute of Computer and Communication Engineering, National Chen Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. Since 2017, he has been with the Nanfang College of Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, China, where he is currently an Associate Professor of School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research interests cover optical CDMA, radio-over-fiber, optical packet switching, and visible light communications.
